Hi FJFanatic, welcome to the forums
Plenty of good trails in easy striking distance from Ladera - several have only just re-opened after the fires last year. For a good simple trail run, try out Holy Jim trail, or one of my favs - the Main Divide trail - starts off the 74 Ortega Highway, ends up near the 91 in Corona. Easy for you to get to from Ladera too. Just google either trail - you will see lots of good info on where to access them etc. See you on the trails real soon - next couple of weeks I want to get together with a few friends and head up to the antennas at the top of the Saddleback range - will keep you informed. All the best, FJAdmin |

hi all, I just moved here from North Carolina and im trying to get my dad interested in buying an FJ. the only hitch is that i dont know of any trails to go on in this area and thats kind of what he wants to know before he invests in one. I live in Ladera Ranch and ive been trying to find trails but without luck. any suggestions are more than welcomed. thanks a lot.

My name is Doug and I live in National City, I just got my FJ Cruiser back about a month ago. I'm a Wildlife photographer and bought the FJ, not only because I feel in love with them, when they first came out, but needed a 4X4 for when I needed to go into the back country and down soem of the rougher parts of the Country, that my Maxima was beginning to get pissed off at me for forcing into this type of work. I paln on doing expedition type upgrades to my FJ.
Hope to talk and meet some of you folks in the future. How many members are there? Doug National City, CA doug@basiclink.com |
